About the job:
As Brand Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a leading global brand. You will drive brand growth through bold ideas, data-driven strategies, and consumer-centric thinking. Working cross-functionally with medical, digital, commercial, and regional teams, you will ensure your brand leads in both market share and consumer trust. You will thrive in a collaborative, agile, and forward-thinking environment where creativity meets executional excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for the brand, including effective resource allocation across strategies and tactical initiatives
Identify the most profitable growth opportunities and allocate budgets across brands and key initiatives accordingly
Approve and oversee ATL and BTL investments to ensure alignment with brand and business objectives
Lead the development, evaluation, and execution of strategic growth plans to achieve above-market growth, sales, and profitability targets
Drive brand analytics, market and competitor insights, and translate learnings into actionable plans within an integrated planning process
Execute and prioritize high-ROI initiatives and brand activations, continuously refining plans based on performance insights
Define, challenge, and monitor KPIs to track performance and ROI, while supporting talent development and strengthening brand capabilities
About you:
University degree in business or scientific background
Proven work experience as a Brand Manager in creating and developing brand strategy in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG companies with proven track record in marketing positions
Executional excellence and leadership with strategic, integrative and analytical thinking
Autonomy and ability to balance long-term strategic priorities with short-term business needs
Creativity and problem-solving
Team spirit, persuasiveness & influence, highly collaborative with all cross functional partners
Fluency in Polish and English
