š¼ What youāll do
As a Strategy & Consulting Intern ā Banking & Capital Markets, you will:
- ā Support consulting teams on real client projects in the financial services sector, contributing from day one
- ā Prepare clientāready deliverables (presentations, analyses, documentation) with strong attention to quality and structure
- ā Analyze client and project data, synthesize insights and proactively flag risks, issues or improvement opportunities
- ā Assist in structuring and running meetings and workshops (agenda preparation, noteātaking, synthesis of outcomes)
- ā Contribute to transformation topics such as asset management, credits, payments, AIāenabled transformation, KYC / AML and regulatory initiatives
- ā Work in multidisciplinary teams across strategy, operations, data and technology
- ā Gradually build client exposure and professional presence, learning how to communicate clearly and empathetically
- ā Apply Accenture methodologies, tools and best practices, supported by onātheājob coaching and structured training
- ā Participate in knowledge sharing, research and community initiatives within the B&CM practice

š What weāre looking for
You are someone who:
- š Is a finalāyear Bachelor or Master student (business, economics, finance, engineering or similar)
- š Has strong analytical and problemāsolving skills and an interest in complex transformation challenges
- š§ Demonstrates curiosity and a learning mindset, eager to build consulting foundations
- ā” Is comfortable working in a structured, fastāpaced project environment with high quality standards
- š¤ Enjoys collaborating in diverse, international and teamābased settings
- š£ļø Communicates clearly and professionally, both written and verbally
- š¼ Has a strong interest in financial services (asset management, credits, payments, AI, KYC / AML)
- ā Shows ownership and accountability, managing priorities and raising issues proactively
- š Is openāminded, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change
- š Is fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are strong assets
