We’re looking for someone with apartment leasing experience who brings strong sales, customer service, or hospitality skills, along with a genuine desire to learn and grow. A quick learner with confident communication, both written and verbal, is essential, as is a solid understanding of Fair Housing laws.

In this role, you will:

• Tour the property and showcase apartments to prospective residents
• Assist with application processing and prepare move-in documentation
• Submit and follow up on work orders
• Deliver outstanding service to both current and prospective residents

Candidates must have at least one year of apartment industry experience, and Section 42 Tax Credit experience is preferred.
