Seasonal Warehouse Quality Control - 3rd Shift

Pay: $19.50/hr, plus $1.50/hr shift differential Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am, with overtime including Friday (9:00pm-5:00am) Location: Indy North - 5550 W. 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268 Job Type: Seasonal – not eligible for benefits Job Duration: This seasonal role is expected to last through the facility’s peak season. Employment may end earlier or extend slightly depending on department workload and business needs Culture & Engagement: Safety First Standard, Food Trucks, Employee Events, Holiday Parties, Employee Recognition Program, Advancement Opportunities!  Job Responsibilities: Inspected incoming and outgoing products to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with Lakeside Book Company standards Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging against system records Maintain detailed and accurate records of inspections and findings Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies or order issues Adherence to all safety policies  What You Bring: Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics Quality Control experience - required Strong computer skills required to utilize our WMS and perform detailed data entry Proven success working in fast-paced, high-demand seasonal periods Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) to be able to collaborate with team members and follow direction from leadership What Makes our Indy North Facility Special: Experienced, tenured, team who are willing to share their knowledge and experience Peak season fun – food trucks, basketball and cornhole competitions, giveaways Diverse, Inclusive, & Welcoming work environment
