Job Description
As a Dietary Cook you will provide high quality and attractive meals, which meet the nutritional needs of our residents in our facility while establishing and following special therapeutic diets as requested by the physician. You will be preparing meals for up to 150 people, residents and staff. You will be responsible for all aspects of the daily function of the kitchen (cooking, dishes, cleaning, and serving). We are committed to providing a friendly, professional and clean atmosphere focused on offering quality food products prepared in a safe and sanitary environment. You will need to be able to follow the USDA and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Ensure HACCP principles are applied to all food received and prepared in the facility.
