An exciting opportunity for a Front of House Leader has arisen in our shop. If you are looking to progress your career at Pret then this might be the opportunity for you! The Front of House Leader (FL) runs a Pret shop’s front of house area and leads the Front of House (FoH) team. They are responsible for creating an efficient, welcoming, safe environment within which our staff can engage and wow our customers. Key focuses for the role are queue management, till issuing, shop cleanliness and merchandising display. They motivate and support their team; they take pride in catching people doing things right.
