Major accountabilities:

  • With manager’s support, develop and implement account plans, incl. overall strategy per channel, key account-specific approach and need identification -Accountable for achieving agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within agreed budgets and timescales for specific account -Coordinate to acquire new accounts, contracts and recommended product/supplier positions by developing and delivering an appealing proposal with value propositions -Develop and maintain strategic account plans and tools for team -Manage contract negotiations -Monitor and assist marketing activities for major accounts including product development, setting product mix, new marketing techniques, market analysis and research -Ensure contact with accounts, and gather information for current customer requirements as well as potential growth strategies -Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)

 Key performance indicators:

  • Sales revenue and revenue growth in designated accounts -Quality and timeliness of implementation of KAM centric sales-marketing activities

 Minimum Requirements:
Work Experience:

  • Sales experience in multinational companies.

  • Key account management experience.
