Human Resources Business Partner (East GTA) - Retirement Living

Working under our Aspira Retirement Division, the Human Resources Business Partner will support 6 to 7 retirement residences within the assigned regional portfolio of East Ontario.

Reporting to the Director of HR Business Partner, this role is critical in supporting front line operations with their HR needs including but not limited to HR policies, programs, progressive discipline, investigations, and day-to-day inquiries from staff.
