YOUR MISSION
At PUMA, Digital & Technology enables how our teams collaborate, work, and innovate globally. As Project Manager Business Supporting Solutions you will support the coordination, rollout, and continuous improvement of digital solutions used across PUMA – from Digital Workplace tools to business‑supporting applications.
You will work closely with senior project managers, solution owners, architects, and global stakeholders, contributing to structured delivery, adoption, and stable operations of digital solutions in a dynamic, international environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing and managing digital initiatives and projects in the area of Business Supporting Solutions
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of business-critical projects
Apply effective project management and resource alignment to maximize outcomes for critical business initiatives.
Managing the coordination of internal and external delivery partners to uphold quality, meet timelines, and deliver on the scope of solution initiatives.
Serve as a counterpart for key business stakeholders across departments and locations in PUMA
Serve as a key advocate for digital solutions, driving adoption across areas including collaboration, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and business applications.
Leading and supporting global user communities, key user networks, and Centers of Excellence to foster knowledge sharing and promote best practices.
Leading change management activities related to the rollout and adoption of digital solutions across PUMA locations worldwide.
Providing 2nd-level support for assigned digital solutions, including incident coordination, issue analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensuring comprehensive documentation, reporting, and transparency throughout all projects and solutions.
YOUR TALENT
Professional Experience:
- Completed university degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Digital & Technology, Management Information Systems, Management, or a comparable field
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Project Manager managing digital projects, ideally within international corporate environments
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong interest and hands-on experience with digital solutions and modern IT landscapes in organizations
- Solid understanding of SaaS solutions, system integrations, and digital platforms
- Experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure concepts) is an advantage
- Ability to analyze, document, and structure technical solutions and business processes
Project & Collaboration Skills
- Enthusiasm for leading and delivering digital projects and for taking project ownership
- Experience in capturing requirements and translating them into technical and operational solutions
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style—even in agile project environments
Communication & Mindset
- Excellent communication skills and confident interaction with business and IT stakeholders
- Ability to present and explain technical topics in a clear and understandable way
