Development Engineer Manager

TekniPlex is hiring a Development Engineer Manager in Eatontown, NJ. Lead New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within the facility primarily by planning, coordinating, and supervising engineers and staff. Work closely with operations and quality teams on NPI projects to ensure all project/customer requirements are met while accomplishing production goals. Responsible for meeting project deadlines. The pay range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000 per year.
