Tracking & Analytics Specialist Mid

Job Description

  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Experience with server-side tracking (GTM Server).
  • Hands-on experience with data layer architecture and implementation.
  • JavaScript skills, with basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for debugging and custom tracking.
  • Knowledge of APIs and data integrations between website, CRM, and ad platforms.
  • Solid understanding of attribution models and campaign tracking (UTMs).
  • Familiarity with ad platforms and offline conversion tracking.
  • Experience with Consent Management Platforms (CMP) and privacy-first tracking (Consent Mode).
  • Deep understanding of GDPR and data privacy best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRMs is a plus.
