Job Description
HR Business Partner: Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals. Drive talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning. Analyze HR data, lead change initiatives, and provide guidance on HR practices. Requires 8+ years HR experience, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience supporting operations required. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred.
