Associate, Credit and Asset Management

The Financial Analyst will collaborate with other team members to deliver thoughtful, detail-oriented, best-in-class service to our client. This team member will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and actionable information for analysis in support of the Asset Management platform across multiple capital structures (debt and equity) and multiple property types (office, retail, industrial, multifamily, condos, student-housing, hospitality). This role includes interfacing with borrowers, equity partners and client representatives and must have the awareness and the ability to interact with others in a professional manner and with a sense of urgency.
