About the role

In this handson role, youll take ownership of injury management, returntowork and fitnessforwork processes across a mixed and complex caseload. Your work will span Workers Compensation, Income Protection and PreEmployment Medicals, requiring sound judgement, empathy and strong stakeholder engagement.

This role can be based out of any of UGL’s major city offices, with flexible hybrid arrangements available.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and guide injury management and returntowork programs.

  • Manage Workers’ Compensation and Income Protection claims.

  • Liaise closely with treating practitioners and allied health providers.

  • Manage fitnessforwork assessments and preemployment medical escalations.

  • Provide trusted advice and practical support to onsite teams and use SOLVE Injury Management system (training provided).

About you

  • Experience in an employerside injury management or returntowork role (ideally with an allied health background).

  • Able to manage a diverse caseload and prioritise effectively in a fastpaced environment.

  • Strong communicator with a practical, solutionsfocused approach.

  • Adaptable and collaborative.
