- Ensure timely responses to employee queries through our ticketing system (PeopleDoc) case solving system - Workday Help
- Support employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding, and manage a set of defined operational tasks within HR Operations globally.
- Partner with the payroll team to resolve payroll-related queries and ensure all changes are processed accurately and on time
- Escalate benefits-related queries to the Benefits team to ensure proper administration
- Work closely with the HRIS team, escalating system issues promptly
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance on HR policies (e.g., maternity, paternity, sick leave, among others) to employees
- Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements and labor regulations
- Support HR operational audits by reviewing data, identifying gaps, and helping ensure compliance across processes.
- Support ad hoc projects and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within People Operations
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations / People Operations
- Advanced English is required; Portuguese is a plus
- Experience with Workday is desirable
- Experience working with HR helpdesk/service desk models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
