Job Purpose:
Our Senior Product Manager is responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and execution plan for a highly complex product portfolio. This role must define the Go-to-Market strategy for their portfolio by establishing: Where to Play, How to Win, and what Capabilities & Tracking are needed to deliver against their specific financial plan.Job Responsibilities:
● Manage all aspects of assortment and vendor management including: go-to-market strategy, market trend analysis, programs to create demand, financials, cross-functional intercompany and supplier relationships, product selection, negotiation and deal closure, guidance for selling organization.● Financial management including sales results, item lifecycle, returns, margins, program dollars, terms and conditions, and corporate goals, supported by Finance Team.
● Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned product lines.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Experience owning end-to-end category P&L performance, balancing revenue growth, margin, cost-to-serve, and working capital to deliver durable, profitable growth for a $200M+ product category
- Proven experience defining, socializing, and refreshing multi-year category strategy aligned to enterprise growth objectives, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Ability to define customer segments, category roles, value tiers, and positioning; ensure assortment and pricing choices reflect segment needs and willingness to pay.
- Demonstrated experience owning category KPI definition and executive reporting across growth, margin, mix, supplier performance, and inventory efficiency; highlight risks, root causes, and corrective actions.
- Ability to translate category strategy into clear go-to-market direction (pricing architecture, value propositions, channel guidance, and sales plans) that improves win rate and profitable mix.
Work Experience:
● 10-15 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives.Education:
