Job Description

  • Identify, target, and engage new pharmaceutical and biotech customers globally, focusing on Datwyler’s portfolio of alu seals
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value commercial opportunities from initial outreach through deal closure
  • Lead the early-stage development of new customer relationships, ensuring smooth transition into long-term account management
  • Conduct market segmentation and profiling to identify untapped customer segments and unmet needs in key geographies
  • Develop tailored proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close contracts in collaboration with legal and supply chain teams
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, R&D, regulatory, and operations to align customer requirements with product capabilities and supply readiness
  • Gather and relay market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development and strategic decision-making
  • Track and report on KPIs related to new business wins, pipeline development, and market penetration
