Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyse all field claims related to combustion engines from service systems: warranty, dealers databases,
- Calculate failure rates,
- Identify trends, recurring issues, and abnormal failure rate
- Build dashboards and reports summarizing claim evolution over time
- Retrieve, structure, and preprocess ECU data sent from customer machines, connected fleets, or dedicated field-test programs.
- Analyse logs to identify abnormal behaviours, early degradation indicators, limit exceedances, or rare operating conditions.
- Compare machine usage profiles against expected duty cycles to detect misuse or unexpected operating patterns
Qualification and Education Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies (university / technical college) in the field of mechanical engineering / automotive manufacturing
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, Data Science, or related fields.
Experience:
- More than 5 years of experience in similar field
Preferred Skills / Special Skills:
- Engine systems knowledge including failure modes
- Relevant KPI for reliability (MTBF, MMTF, B10 Lifetime, Failure Rate)
- Business intelligence (Power BI, AI)
- Data science (Matlab, Python, etc.)
- MS Office
