Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a commercially minded and technically proficient Product Manager to lead the strategic development and lifecycle management of our automotive film product portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of market needs, product innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the chemical industry, customer-centric thinking, and a proactive approach to driving product success globally.
The role will be based at our site in Wantage, Oxfordshire but the job holder will be required to travel significantly both domestically and worldwide for up to fifty percent of their time.
What will you be doing?
As Product Manager, you will:

Own the product strategy and roadmap for assigned automotive film product lines.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Define product requirements and collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Operations to bring new products to market.

Manage the product lifecycle, including launch, growth, maturity, and phase-out.

Support commercial teams with product training, technical documentation, and go-to-market strategies.

Monitor product performance and profitability, recommending adjustments as needed.

Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and identify opportunities for innovation.
Who are You?

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field; MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.

Experience: 5–8 years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or commercial roles within the chemical industry.

Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of chemical formulations, applications, and regulatory environments.

Global Exposure: Experience working in international markets or with global teams is highly desirable.

Languages: Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
