
Director of Child Wellness & Stabilization
Job Description
The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Director of Child Wellness & Stabilization to lead our brand-new Child Wellness Center. The Director of Child Wellness & Stabilization is responsible for the overall financial, operational, and programmatic management of The Buckeye Ranch’s Child Wellness Campus and Stabilization Center. The role ensures that all aspects of resident care are delivered in accordance with Buckeye Ranch policies and procedures, as well as established licensure and certification standards. The position ensures services are aligned with system of care principles and actively participates in the Child Wellness Regional Advisory Council. It collaborates with local system partners to support residents and develops coordinated transition plans that promote stability and permanency. The role provides oversight of daily operations across all shifts, coordinates program functions with other departments, and contributes to program development, implementation, and evaluation. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Who you are:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a human service, or healthcare administration related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- You have at least five years of relevant behavioral health experience.
- You have at least three years of relevant supervisory experience.
- You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
