Oversee end‑to‑end project operations for selected accounts, from pricing and contract setup through to execution and final invoicing.
Lead customer engagement, including chairing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), conducting site visits, and acting as the senior escalation point for operational matters.
Manage and review MRO pricing structures, subcontractor proposals, and invoice integrity, ensuring accuracy, margin compliance, and cost recovery.
Support project implementation for new business wins, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and site stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
Provide operational insight and strategic guidance to the Director, Projects and the sales/tender team, contributing to bids, tenders, and continuous improvement initiatives.
