Job Description

  • 5-7 years of experience managing external technology partners, consulting engagements, or vendor relationships in large-scale organisations
  • Strong understanding of how technology projects are structured and delivered, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or similarly complex industries
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders, balancing commercial, technical, and operational considerations
  • A track record of ensuring accountability and value delivery from external partners
  • Strategic vision, operational precision and proven ability in navigating complex organisations
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to challenge constructively and drive alignment
  • Integrity, stamina and authenticity under pressure
  • Consultancy mindset and a proven toolbox that allows you to convey solutions across all levels of an organization
  • Proven ability to connect emerging technologies to strategic business objectives
  • Strong business acumen and a strong understanding of value drivers in the logistics industry
