quality-related concerns.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and improvement
actions.
Monitor compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and relevant
regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates, improve packaging
standards, and optimize logistics flows.
Support the onboarding and training of operations teams on quality standards and
procedures.
Report quality metrics (e.g., damage rate, mis-pick rate, claim frequency) and
provide insights for performance improvement
