8+ years of experience in credit, commercial lending, corporate banking, business banking, or financial services consulting, with direct exposure to Business Banking, Commercial Banking, and/or Corporate Lending
Strong credit knowledge, including familiarity with lending products, credit analysis, underwriting concepts, borrower assessment, and the broader commercial and corporate lending environment
Experience working in a client-facing, consultative role, supporting solution design, proposal development, and senior stakeholder engagement
Proven ability to support enterprise sales cycles and customer success activities
Experience with learning solution delivery, training, or capability development in financial services environments is preferred
Familiarity with eLearning, blended learning, coaching solutions, LMS/LXP platforms, and data-driven reporting is beneficial
Willingness to travel 5–10% for client meetings, events, and conferences
