Welcome Center Associate (Part-Time)

Are you a person with a flexible schedule looking for a few hours a week to join a great team to engage with active and fun people? Are you organized, reliable, enthusiastic, and personable? Do you like working with people with a focus of making their visit the most enjoyable possible? If so, the Central Community Branch YMCA is looking for you to join our Welcome Center.

The candidate must have excellent interpersonal/ human relations skills, including the ability to establish and maintain a positive work environment with staff, volunteers, and members and the ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing high level customer service to our members.
• Working with the Senior Experience Director and Building Supervisor to ensure quality experiences for all members.
• Working with members and guests on registrations
• Sharing program information and membership benefits
• Answering any phone calls in a professional manner
• Communicate with appropriate team members about member concerns and operations

The candidate must be dependable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Looking to fill early morning shifts from 4:45am-9:00am

Pay: $15.00 per hour. Plus, access to YMCA Facilities for all YMCA employees, Employee Assistance Program, and Sick Leave
