Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, grilling, and plating dishes.
  • Follow recipes and cooking techniques to maintain food quality and presentation.
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met throughout the cooking process.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate meal service efficiently.
  • Assist in managing kitchen inventory and ingredients.
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations in the kitchen.
  • Participate in training and development to enhance culinary skills.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Basic understanding of cooking techniques and food preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory.
