BDS NSAP Platform Senior Analyst

The Role

As a BDS Platform Senior Analyst, you’ll sit at the heart of our technology ecosystem—designing, building, and optimising enterprise platforms that power critical business applications across manufacturing and supply chain environments.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll blend technical depth, stakeholder influence, and operational excellence to drive performance, scalability, and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end platform delivery and optimisation—driving performance, cost efficiency, and reliability
• Design and define scalable infrastructure solutions for application deployments
• Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures and specifications
• Lead technical design, build, and configuration aligned to Mars standards
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives across the platform landscape
• Partner with operations teams to identify pain points and eliminate inefficiencies
• Manage the full lifecycle of platforms and services
• Own vendor performance and service delivery, ensuring SLAs, availability, and performance targets are met
• Lead service continuity and disaster recovery strategies, including testing and simulations
• Act as the escalation point for complex issues and critical demands
• Deliver clear, consistent stakeholder communication and incident updates
• Collaborate across global teams to ensure seamless platform integration and delivery

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure, platforms, or application operations
• Strong experience working across global, distributed environments
• Deep technical expertise in platforms supporting manufacturing and/or warehouse systems
• Solid experience with databases (Oracle, SQL) and operating systems (Linux RedHat, Windows Server)
• Strong exposure to cloud environments, including:
  • IaaS: High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Clustering, Virtual Machines
  • PaaS (Azure): Kubernetes, Web Apps, API Gateway, Logic Apps, Storage, Security/Firewalls, PostgreSQL, Key Vault, Databricks
• Proven ability in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimisation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders globally
• Fluent English
