Overview
The Denver, CO office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an Office Administrative Specialist with a minimum of three (3) years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal environment. The position assists the Office Administrator with the day to day administrative functions of the office and handles assignments as requested by the Managing Partner and Office Administrator. In addition, works collaboratively with Firm Management, Office Administration Teams, and all Attorneys and Staff.

Responsibilities
Job Requirements/Specifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work independently, knowing when to consult with others
- Demonstrated understanding of budgeting and cost control
- Proactive approach and the ability to work “hands-on” as required
- Proficiency in the use of Word, Outlook and Excel
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently
- Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information and to keep it confidential
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
