QSN: 2026 - 2027 Principal, Richard Allie Middle School

Description:
Direct and manage instructional program and supervise operations and personnel at campus level. Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service. Oversee compliance with district policies, success of instructional programs, and operation of all campus activities.

Qualifications:
Education/Certification:

• Master's degree in educational administration
• Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate
• Certified T-TESS/T-PESS Appraiser

 
Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction
• Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness
• Ability to manage budget and personnel
• Ability to coordinate campus functions
• Ability to implement policy and procedures
• Ability to interpret data
• Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills

 
Experience:

• Three years experience as a classroom teacher
• Five years experience in instructional leadership roles

Minimum Base Salary 
$95,448 (2025/2026 Compensation Plan)

• Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience.
• Salary will be adjusted to the start date

Total compensation will include any QSN stipends as approved by the Program Manager.

Work Calendar:
221 Days + additional QSN days as outlined by the Program Manager
