Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License (required)
- Life & Health License (preferred)
- Highly coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow
- Self-driven with a strong sense of accountability and urgency
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-through skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Responsibilities
- Generate new business and consistently achieve or exceed production goals
- Develop tailored insurance quotes, deliver engaging presentations, and close sales with confidence
- Build strong client relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions
- Actively contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative discussions
