Job Description

To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to Degree, HND or HNC in Construction or Management level and hold NEBOSH National Diploma - Construction or currently undertaking the qualification. If you have a lower level qualification along with practical experience and would be prepared to undertake this qualification with the support of Sanctuary Group, we would still welcome an application. Experience of managing multi-site maintenance contracts in a commercially focused role

Proven ability to effectively recruit, manage and develop people

Proven track record managing a direct labour operation or internal maintenance service

Experience of delivering services within budget is desirable

This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving license
