7+ years of experience in communications, digital marketing, media, or PR, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industries.
Proven expertise in regional media planning and digital activation (paid social, programmatic, search).
Strong experience leading influencer and advocacy programs.
Solid understanding of MEA, Turkey cultural landscape, media ecosystems, and consumer behavior.
Ability to manage multiple markets and stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
Analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
Strong track record in ATL communication development, media strategy, and content ecosystems
Experience partnering with global teams and managing agency ecosystems
Deep understanding of digital, social, influencer, and earned media dynamics
