Job Description
Description: The Exceptional Children's TTA-Work Ready Teacher, in partnership with Atrium Health�Union, will plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional and work-based learning program. Based at Atrium Health�Union, the role integrates classroom instruction with departmental internships to support eligible students in achieving academic and transition goals related to employment. The Work Ready teacher will facilitate all aspects of the Work Ready program, including daily instruction, case management, IEP development, assessments and evaluations, progress monitoring, and ongoing communication with students, families, UCPS staff, and Atrium Health�Union personnel. Additionally, the teacher will support program recruitment efforts and collaborate with UCPS high schools and post-secondary organizations to promote successful student outcomes.
