Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Platform Operations & Support:
- Design, implement, and maintain secure and efficient platform solutions to support APIs, data transfers, and analytics workflows.
- Monitor platform health, optimize for performance and uptime, and implement diagnostic and observability practices.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for platform services to minimize disruption and accelerate issue resolution.
- Support platform upgrades, releases, and maintenance activities to ensure seamless user experiences.
Security, Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure secure handling of data across transfer and integration processes, adhering to enterprise security and compliance standards.
- Implement and manage data transfer protocols (e.g., SFTP, API-based integrations) in a secure and auditable manner.
Enablement & Documentation:
- Contribute to platform documentation, standards, and usage guidelines to drive user enablement and platform adoption.
- Support training sessions and user onboarding for platform services and tools.
Collaboration & Delivery:
- Partner with engineering, product, and analytics teams to support platform initiatives and enhance system integration.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to support analytics-ready data delivery across domains and markets.
