Commercial Account Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service at all times
• Serve as a liaison between commercial accounts and the dealership staff
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an positive impression with the customer
• Generate new relationships with commercial accounts with maintenance and mechanical repair needs
• Maintain positive relationships with existing commercial service accounts
• Maintain accurate account point of contact lists including prospective accounts, follow up dates and lead sourcing for all accounts
• Collaborate with commercial parts and sales account managers to promote complete service for all commercial accounts
• Participate in and promote special events sponsored by the dealership
• Provide concierge support for all account inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Spend quality time building relationships with the customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical automotive knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships
• Organized, outgoing and friendly personality
• Dealership experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate a company provided vehicle
