Xactly Senior Consultant

Argano is seeking an experienced Xactly Senior Consultant to support client implementations, configuration, and optimization of Xactly Incent and Xactly Analytics within Sales Performance Management programs. This role will focus on building and managing compensation plans, quotas, crediting rules, commission calculations, participant hierarchies, reporting dashboards, and data integrations to help clients improve incentive compensation accuracy and visibility. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Xactly experience, strong SQL/data modeling skills, and the ability to translate complex compensation requirements into effective technical solutions.
