Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of INFINITI vehicles.
Conduct comprehensive inspections and communicate necessary repairs or services to the service advisors.
Complete repairs within specified timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
Utilize factory technical information and equipment to ensure efficient and effective work.
Keep up to date with factory technical bulletins and product updates.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with dealership policies.
Test drive vehicles to verify repairs are successful and the customer’s concerns have been addressed.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of automotive technician experience (luxury or INFINITI experience preferred but not required).
Certifications: ASE Certification preferred; willingness to earn factory certification.
Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities and knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems.
License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
