The role is based in Midrand, South Africa, with operational activities supporting Johannesburg, South Africa (on-site, full-time). You will join a detail-oriented, reliable, and solution-focused operations team where accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key. Your contribution helps ensure uninterrupted material flow and inventory integrity across the site.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Execute receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities in line with site procedures
• Check inbound and outbound shipments to confirm physical goods match documentation and system records
• Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying variances, investigating causes, and following through on corrective actions
• Record warehouse transactions in SAP and scanning tools according to internal inventory movement processes
• Communicate inventory issues promptly and coordinate resolution with relevant departments
• Prepare routine operational documentation and reports related to warehousing and logistics activities
• Consolidate operational data (e.g., costs, consumption, and activity information) for tracking and reporting purposes
• Participate in cycle counts and annual stock‑take activities to ensure stock integrity
• Follow site requirements linked to external operational audits (SEDEX, URSA, ISO 14001, NSF, LAS, FSSC) and apply them in day‑to‑day work

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Completed secondary education (matric); a diploma in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse receiving and dispatch operations
• Working knowledge of SAP or a comparable enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with limited supervision while maintaining accuracy
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Practical problem‑solving skills and a consistent approach to following procedures
