Manager – Plant Performance and Operational Excellence

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager with 10+ years of managerial experience in plant operations and lean excellence. This position will be responsible for supporting the plant manager in the performance of the plant in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. They need to be well versed in manufacturing operations including operations, maintenance, planning and supply chain, warehousing, Lean and cost management. This is a career developmental role for future senior roles in Atmus’ global supply chain (including plant manager succession and/or other high level operations or logistics roles) and will report directly to the Plant Manager and be a member of the Plant Leadership team. They are expected to be a leader that drives change with this team. Strong business acumen is required. This position supports and provides manufacturing leadership for small/medium size plant.
