3. Sales Forecasting and Performance Analysis

Own sales forecasting at SKU, category, store, and regional levels, ensuring alignment with overall business targets.

Conduct weekly performance reviews and develop monthly action plans to proactively address trends, gaps, or opportunities.

Maintain full accountability for analyzing sales, inventory turnover, and promotional effectiveness to inform tactical and strategic decisions.

Identify and implement corrective actions swiftly to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead regular meetings with Store Managers, Marketing, Operations, and Purchasing teams to ensure alignment on launches, promotions, and stock levels.

Take ownership of ensuring all merchandising initiatives are executed seamlessly across stores and channels.

Develop and deliver product training programs for key stakeholders to guarantee consistent execution and understanding of strategies.

Act as the key point of accountability for cross-departmental coordination, resolving issues proactively.
5. Reporting and Performance Tracking

Own the preparation and presentation of reports on sales, inventory, KPIs, and merchandiser performance.

Take accountability for tracking and driving the product performances, including setting targets, providing feedback.

Use insights from performance data to make decisive adjustments to inventory, allocation, and merchandising strategies.

Maintain dashboards and visualization tools to provide leadership with accurate and actionable insights.
6. Accountability and Ownership

Maintain a high level of accountability for achieving sales, inventory, and brand objectives.

Own the execution of merchandising standards and initiatives across stores.

Proactively identify and solve issues to ensure optimal store performance.
