Retail Loan Collections Manager

The Retail Loan Collections (RLC) Manager is responsible for overseeing the collection and control of consumer, mortgage & indirect loan accounts that are delinquent, charged off, or experiencing other repayment challenges. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and controlling the retail loan and assigned small business collections function; ensuring that established collection policies, procedures, and legal requirements are followed; and periodically evaluating and modifying policies and procedures as needed. The RLC Manager will also be responsible for providing direction and leadership to department personnel and managing the day-to-day operations.
