Job Description

  • As an ideal candidate, you will shine in the role if you have following qualities:
  • Education: Any graduate or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Preferably Supply Chain Management) or equivalent. 
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Professional certification in Supply Chain Management is seen as an advantage.
  • Handson experience in SAP/ERP is a mandatory prerequisite.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain & Incoterms is a mandatory prerequisite. 
  • Experience with customer service and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with spare part orders and logistics.
  • Passion for process optimisation, learning, and professional development.
  • Systematic and organised way of working.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and maintain performance in a high-pressure setting.
  • Proactive and self-directed approach to work, taking ownership of your own tasks.
  • Team-player mindset, thriving in an interactive and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cultural awareness and capability to work in a global and virtually led team.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Drive for the common goal of providing our customers with the best possible service experience.
  • Understand the customers business & corporate vision
  • Knowledge of Wärtsilä parts order processes
  • Identifying needs and problems
  • Spare parts material info knowledge
  • Inco-terms knowledge
