Minimum 5 years of work experience. This includes substantial experience in site supervision, quality control, coordination of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing projects, demonstrating extensive knowledge and experience in overseeing large-scale or complex projects.
The Inspector of Works must possess strong technical skills in site inspection, quality control, and understanding construction materials and methods. Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical & electrical drawings, using construction software, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations is crucial. Additionally, they need a solid grasp of building codes, construction contracts, and project management principles. Knowledge of modern construction techniques and legal standards further supports their role in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
