Job Description

  • Provide office administration and clerical support, including but not limited to corporate materials ordering, maintaining filing system, conference room reservation, Office supplies procurement, office maintenance, vendors management, etc.
  • Supporting office reception duties during the absence of the Receptionist.
  • Handle travel arrangements for internal travelers. Ensure compliance of travel policy by all travel coordinators. Monitor and evaluate the performance of appointed travel agent and ensure the travel cost is competitive with the market.
  • Oversee the purchase order management, including the creation, coordination, and tracking of purchase orders.
  • Responsible for the application and termination of Airport permit for internal staff and external contractors.
