IPQC MIS preparation & circulation as daily report
Product Changeover Activity/Product mixing audit
To take up improvement projects along with cross functional teams
Provide data for Weekly Quality Meetings regarding all the NCs and their closure status
Provide data for Monthly IPQC MIS preparation
To conduct MSA Activities like gage R&R for all inspection and measurement tools as per defined intervals.
Should have knowledge of basic semiconductor physics (important for Cell line)
Basic knowledge of Statistics & quality core tools (SPC, CAPA,8D, 7QC, FMEA, MSA, 3M)
Knowledge of Calibration and Validation Process
IPQC MIS preparation & circulation as daily report as well for management report
lead improvement projects along with cross functional teams (Six sigma, QCC)
To conduct MSA Activities like gage R&R for all inspection and measurement tools as per defined intervals.
Should have experience in problem solving or multiple issues occur in Cell process to improve yield & efficiency
Should have knowledge of all CTQ/CTP’s for each process of cell line.
