Teller Supervisor

The Teller Supervisor ensures daily operations of the branch teller areas are operating efficiently and effectively. Performs direct supervisory duties for the teller line staff and safe deposit area (where applicable), is relied upon to resolve escalated issues with clients and staff. Leads by example performing a ‘Player/Coach’ role, provide leadership and day to day oversight and training for the Lead Tellers and Tellers and assures compliance with all applicable company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal regulations. Fully knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of teller, vault, safe deposit, and may have basic knowledge of opening consumer and business deposit accounts.
