Job Description

You are meant for this job if:

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree within Business Administration or Supply Chain
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience from a planning or managerial position. Relevant experience and skills may compensate for the lack of formal education
  • Demonstrate commitment, willpower and courage to deliver on promises
  • Engages and inspires employees and customers
  • Use facts to make decisions, identify solutions and drive the need for change
  • Foster an environment that promotes continuous improvement and quality outcomes
  • Personally interested and engaged when it comes to planning and Logistics
  • Well experienced in the use of SAP, Excel and planning systems 
  • Capable of leading and coordinating multidisciplinary work and managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a role model according to TechnipFMC’s core value
  • Able to manage global organization structure with high complexity
  • Skilled when it comes to communication and people interactions
  • Capable of understanding processes and implementing standards and procedures for Workshop Planning
