About the Role:
We’re hiring a reliable and hardworking Field Laborer / Driver to join our team! This is a hands-on position involving physical labor, truck driving, and working outdoors. You’ll travel to job sites, handle metal materials, and assist with on-site operations. If you're dependable, strong, and ready to work in all conditions, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive a 26-foot box truck to job sites (no CDL required, but experience preferred)
- Load, unload, break down, and stack metal parts and materials
- Perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions
- Lift and carry materials weighing 50+ lbs
- Follow safety protocols and supervisor instructions
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Travel as required – some overnight stays may be needed
What You’ll Need:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Experience driving a 26’ box truck
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Willingness to work outside in all weather
- Dependability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to travel for job assignments
Nice to Have:
- Forklift experience or certification
- Experience in construction, metal handling, or general labor
- Mechanical aptitude or comfort working with tools
