Research Associate - Analytical Characterization

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• Coordinate biologics analytical testing to support product characterization and process development studies. Utilize expertise and technical skills to resolve issues and contribute to CMC project deliverables. Engage in inclusive/ diverse/ innovative/ creative culture in delivering business results.
• Conduct biologics analytical testing using chromatography, capillary separations, and LC-MS technologies
• Perform analyses including, but not limited to, SEC, cIEF, cGE, LC-MS
• Operate and maintain equipment in a qualified state
• Document experiments in electronic notebooks and technical protocols/reports to ensure data integrity
• Contribute to projects in a highly collaborative and cross-functional CMC environment

This position will be based out of West Chester, PA in a hybrid work environment, 2-3 days onsite.
