Job Description:

Work Schedule: Full Time, Weekdays, No Call Required.

• Provides patient care and treatments in accordance with policies and procedures, ensuring care is appropriate to patient age, mobility, acuity, and cultural needs.
• Assists registered nurses with patient care activities, including identifying patient needs, obtaining nursing histories, and reporting abnormal findings.
• Maintains a safe care environment by adhering to isolation precautions, infection prevention protocols, hand hygiene standards, and emergency response procedures.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members while supporting a clean, organized, and patient-focused environment.
• Supports quality and performance improvement initiatives through accurate documentation, compliance with department standards, and continuous professional development.

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Field of Study:

Work Experience:

• 1+ applicable PCT experience [Preferred]

• Previous bedside patient care in an acute care unit, unit secretary, monitor technician, or equivalent medical experience [Preferred]

• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) [Required] OR

Pay Range:

$15.16 - $24.26
